When you browse this website

This is a static website. It does not use analytics, advertising tracking, or marketing tracking, and it does not embed third-party forms. Cloudflare provides static content delivery, network delivery, and security protection. When providing those services, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration, and other technical connection data.

When you use a contact channel

You may voluntarily provide your name, organization, role, reply email address or phone number, Source Zone systems or data, required data interfaces, Destination Zone systems or intended use, and evaluation conditions. The data is used only to understand this inquiry, confirm the data path, arrange a technical briefing, respond to the evaluation request, and maintain necessary security and contact records.

Messages sent directly to the product technical contact are handled by Gatetron Cyberdefence. Information provided directly to the business contact coordinator is handled by that coordinator for initial business contact, technical briefing arrangements, and case coordination. The website does not automatically transfer your contact information between the two channels.

Product specifications, formal quotations, and contract terms remain subject to final confirmation by Gatetron Cyberdefence.

Do not provide passwords, keys, host addresses, confidential architecture diagrams, production data samples, regulated personal data, or other sensitive information that is not needed to complete an initial technical evaluation through either channel.

Retention and disclosure

Personal data related to a technical evaluation or website inquiry will be deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the last relevant contact. If applicable legal obligations, dispute handling, or a security-incident investigation require a longer period, the data will be retained only for that necessary period.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without consent. The product technical contact and business contact coordinator each handle contacts received directly; the website does not automatically share data between them. Data is processed or disclosed only to the extent necessary to provide website or communications infrastructure, respond to this inquiry, protect system security, or comply with legal obligations.

Access, correction, and deletion

To access contact data provided to Gatetron Cyberdefence, request correction or deletion, or ask a question about this notice, email lucas-hu@gatetron-cyberdefence.com. If you provided data directly to the business contact coordinator, submit the request through the same direct contact channel. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law.

If there is a material change to data processing or the services used, this page will be updated with the revised content and date. Data obtained before an update will continue to be processed in accordance with applicable law and the purposes stated at the time.
